The work is a drawing of a few very fat rats, one could almost call them hood-rats and one would be right to do so, as their style emphasizes the gang/bling lifestyle of the rapper or the gang leader.

Ironically, they are hanging about not in a luxury sedan on the streets, but in the clouds, preaching their love and life to the world. This might be where the story takes a bizarre twist, as we do not really know weather these gangsta rats are truly alive or have been dead for a long time.
